FAA Helicopter Pilot Rating Requirements

The hour requirements are the minimum set by the FAA.  Actual hours are predicated on the aptitude of the student and frequency of training. 

All course pricing includes--Aircraft Rental/Fuel/Instructor/Books/Testing fees

Private Pilot Rotorcraft--$15,275 + GST (required for Private Pilot Course only)

·         40 Hours Flight Time

Commercial/Instrument Pilot Rotorcraft--$52,375

·         *** BONUS*** Instrument Rating is included with Commercial Course

·         150 Hours Flight time

·         Credit may be applied for hours if Student has another Aircraft rating

Instrument Pilot Rotorcraft--$16,100

·         This course is for pilots adding a rating that are not enrolled in the Commercial Course

·         40 Hours of Simulated or Actual Flight Time

All flight training hours are valid towards TCCA training requirements also
